Ambassadors and customers

The best people to talk about what we do are the people who have benefited from our services.  They provide feedback on what we do and reach out into the community, to promote our work. Their voices are heard through speak up groups, focus groups, quality checking and monitoring – to help us improve our services.

The unique role of Ambassador role was created by Southside Partnership, to work alongside the Board and Leadership team as the public face of Southside. By doing this, they act as role models to other customers and demonstrate the good support that Southside provides in enabling people to progress in their lives.  They also act as Ambassadors in the traditional sense by attending public events as guest speakers and alongside senior officers of the organisation.

Other involvement groups, such as Support for Living’s Option Group, are now being rolled out across both organisations and work is being done to ensure customer voices are heard and Certitude listens.
