Aisling Duffy, Chief Executive
Chief Executive of the parent company Certitude Support, and its support organisations Southside Partnership and Support for Living. Aisling has spent her career to date working within not for profit organisations, seeking to improve opportunities for people with learning disabilities and people with mental health needs. Aisling is delighted to work with external and internal partners to ensure these ambitions are realised for individual customers and the wider organisation. More about Aisling.
Nicholas Campbell-Watts, Director of Mental Health Services
Nicholas joined Southside Partnership in December 2004 as the Director of Fanon, with a background in the not-for-profit and statutory sector, developing and providing services for people with complex health and social care support needs, and working with marginalised communities facing discrimination and disadvantage. Janette Gaffney, Director of Learning Disability Services
Janette has recently joined the Learning Disability Directorate and will be based primarily in Balham. Janette previously worked as Director of Operations for a large social care and housing organisation and brings a wealth of experience. Janette started her career in the care sector on a youth training scheme working with people with autism and went on to work with people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Mark Ospedale, Director of Human Resources
Mark started his career with the Royal Air Force as helicopter aircrew before moving into the field of Human Resources. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Mark is PRINCE2 and Programme Management qualified as well as holding a Masters in Business Administration. He has considerable Change Management and Human Resource experience across the commercial, NHS and voluntary sectors having worked on some of the largest technology enabled change programmes in the western hemisphere. Mark led on transformational organisation design projects with Action for Children, where he was the Deputy Director of HR prior to developing a humanitarian start up and then joining Certitude. He has been actively involved in implementing the Ulrich model of HR service delivery in a number of organisations. More about Mark.
Mary Schumm, Director of Learning Disability Services
Mary has over 20 years experience of working in the ‘not for profit’ sector supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Mary has worked in the role of Care Services Director for the past 10 years. She has extensive experience in the management, appraisal and development of staff, experience in service development and reconfiguration, and change management. Mary has accountability for the strategic lead in developing and providing care and support services which are responsive to people’s needs and the changing patterns of care, philosophy and legislation. Marianne Selby-Boothroyd, Director of Development
Marianne has been supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs since 1993 working her way from being a support worker to becoming a Leadership Team member in 2001. Marianne has worked within a number of roles and has particular experience in supporting people with complex needs, person centred approaches, organisational and staff development. Sanjay Shah, Director of Finance and IT
Sanjay joined Southside Partnership in February 2007 as the Director of Finance. Prior to joining Southside he was the Deputy Director of Finance at the MS Society for seven years. Sanjay has extensive experience of the Health Service having worked in various senior positions in a number of NHS bodies across London. Sanjay is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants and has a MSC in Charity Finance from CASS business school. More about Sanjay.
