How we are regulated
We take people’s health and safety seriously. We go over and above legal requirements and have Committees in place to monitor our performance on a regular basis.
All our registered care homes and domiciliary care services are regulated by The Care Quality Commission. To read the latest reports from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) covering our domiciliary/home care agencies, and individual registered services, in each of our provider organisations click here: Southside Partnership and Support for Living
Note: Certitude is the parent company for Southside Partnership and Support for Living.
We currently have contracts in the following boroughs: Barnet, Brent, Bromley, Camden, Ealing, Enfield, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Lambeth, Lewisham, Kensington and Chelsea, Southwark, Richmond, Wandsworth and Westminster.
If you would like further information on our organisations you can contact the Care Management/Brokerage Teams within each Council’s Social Services Departments to make further enquiries. These Departments may be able to give specific information on the quality of our support and services offered.
