Over the past 20 years, we have learnt a lot about the support people want and our role in making sure that support is right for each person.

One thing we have learnt is that people’s stories are powerful – they can take away the fear of the unknown, make others feel less alone, they can share knowledge and open up opportunities.

This is why we have asked people we work with to make films about their lives. We plan to follow these people over the next two years to learn with them about the things we are getting right – as an organisation and as a wider society and the things we need to get better at.

These four films introduce the people we are following and tell us about their lives at the moment.
