This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, value driven Registered Manager to lead two services in Ealing. You will lead a team of support staff in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex health needs to get the best outcomes in all areas of their lives .You will bring energy and ideas to our service and will work closely with local partners and stakeholders to develop the service by taking a lead in ensuring the service meet the Certitude values and standards, so that people we support and our staff get the best from us.
This is an exciting challenge for a Manager who is already skilled and experienced in supporting individuals with complex support needs . You will have the right skills, values and resilience to ensure that everyone works together to make sure that the people we support live the life that they are entitled to. Working closely and meaningfully with families is an integral part of this role and we are looking for someone who can build and maintain a trusted and reliable relationship with the people, the staff and the families.
