Support Worker-Ealing Based( Respite Service)

Haymill Close Respite Service offers the opportunity for the people we support to have a change from their daily routine, while their families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are receiving the very best care in a safe environment.
As a Support Worker you will be supporting young people from the age of 16 with complex learning disabilities to have a happy and meaningful life. The individuals that use the service are a diverse group of people with learning disabilities, whose behaviour challenges. We offer individualised and tailored support to meet their particular needs, strengths and interests. Therefore, you will work collaboratively with the families and the people we support to develop positive relationships, greater independence and to build their self esteem.
What to expect
Working on a rota as part of an established team, you will use person centred approaches in a fast paced environment to meet the outcomes and life style choices of the people you support.
